for the 61st Annual Atlantic Builders Convention: April 14-16, 2010
Regional Conference to Attract 9,000 Participants,
600 Exhibits to Atlantic City Convention Center
Hamilton, NJ – Mark your calendars for the 61st Annual Atlantic Builders Convention (ABC), taking place April 14-16, 2010 at the Atlantic City Convention Center in Atlantic City, NJ. The ABC remains the mid-Atlantic region’s largest and most influential building, construction and remodeling industry trade show and conference, featuring 600 exhibits, plus numerous educational seminars and events. The three-day show offers an abundance of networking, education, professional development and marketing opportunities.
Each year, approximately 9,000 attendees convene at the ABC, representing industry leaders – builders and affiliated professionals from businesses and organizations both large and small. With its central and desirable location of Atlantic City, the ABC attracts the industry’s best and brightest, whether as exhibitors, attendees or presenters.
The theme for this year’s show is “Changing Tides with ABC”, which reflects both the changing economic climate in which we now all live and conduct business, as well as general “renovation” of the ABC, itself.
ABC Committee Chair, Eileen Monesson, explains, “The ABC is reinventing itself for 2010. Participants and exhibitors will notice the difference immediately with an infusion of fresh ideas, an even more inviting exhibit floor and atmosphere, events that are especially conducive to and created for networking, plus plenty of energy and excitement. Being mindful of current economic conditions while recognizing the event’s significance and overall value, the ABC is uniquely positioned so that its participants will realize a measurable return on their investment. It is an event not to be missed!”
The ABC draws participants from a six-state region, including residential and commercial builders, developers, remodelers and subcontractors, plus a variety of consulting professionals including architects, accountants, attorneys, engineers and building materials suppliers, to name a few.
In addition to the trade show, the ABC offers a variety of demonstration clinics, plus informative educational seminars featuring current information about housing market trends, government policies and technical developments – many providing professional education credits.
