At the Atlantic City Convention Center, you will find that our facility has been designed to make your visit as productive and comfortable as possible. We hope that you will agree that our facilities, services, and helpful staff demonstrate our commitment to accessibility.
The Atlantic City Convention Center is fully accessible to all visitors. The facility features include elevators to all levels, exterior ramps for wheelchair access, Braille signage in elevators and meeting rooms, and accessible restrooms with appropriate fixtures. Headsets are available through the A/V provider for those that are hearing impaired. In addition, the Center parking lots have specially marked and reserved parking spaces for disabled patrons. Concerning the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Center is responsible for permanent building access accommodations described above. The Show Manager is responsible for non-permanent accessibility requirements such as, but not limited to, seating accessibility and auxiliary aids for the visually impaired, hearing impaired and mobility impaired. Wheelchairs and scooters can be rented thru the Copiers Plus Business Center located in the Atrium level of the Atlantic City Convention Center.

Parking and Drop-Off Areas
The facility has designated drop-off points for taxis and cars that provide ramped curbs and automatic entry doors located at Doors #1, #3, #5, and #7. ADA parking is available in the Parking Garage.
Wheelchairs and Motorized Scooters
Wheelchairs and motorized scooters are available for rent at the Business Center located on the main entry atrium level. For more information, please visit the Business Center.
Service Animals
Trained guide dogs and service animals assisting guests are welcome. All service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times.
Guest Services
Guest Services is located in the atrium of the main entrance and staffed 24/7 and can assist with accommodating patron requests.
Restrooms
All available restrooms in the Atlantic City Convention Center are accessible to our guests with disabilities.
ATM Machines
ATMs offer audio assistance for the visually impaired and meet height and reach requirements for the physically impaired.
Lactation Pods
One Momava Lactation Pod is located in the Center, located near the entrance of Hall B.
